About the Role
Manage dispensing and clinical pharmacy services at San Ysidro Health's 340B retail pharmacy, ensuring program compliance, conducting medication therapy management, and supporting chronic disease management for border community patients.
Requirements
PharmD with California RPh license; 340B program compliance experience required
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred for direct patient counseling
Experience with Epic pharmacy module and split-billing 340B compliance systems
MTM certification (CMM) a plus; community pharmacy or FQHC pharmacy experience preferred
