About the Role
Oversee operational performance across multiple San Ysidro Health clinic sites, managing clinic directors, driving quality improvement, and supporting the organization's growth as one of California's largest border FQHCs with 3,300+ staff.
Requirements
Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or business; 7+ years FQHC operations leadership
Experience overseeing multi-site clinical operations at large health center (500+ staff preferred)
Strong knowledge of HRSA compliance, UDS reporting, and FQHC quality benchmarks
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; Epic EHR operational oversight experience
