About the Role
Environmental health-focused CHW at Wilmington Community Clinic — connecting harbor community residents to asthma action plans, air quality resources, and primary care. Wilmington faces some of LA County's worst air quality from port diesel emissions and refinery flares.
Requirements
CHW certification or community health experience
Bilingual Spanish required
Environmental justice, air quality, and asthma education experience a plus
Familiarity with LA Harbor community and refinery-adjacent health concerns
