About the Role
LCSW at AHS FQHC Wellness Centers — integrated behavioral health in primary care, with referral pathways to AHS specialty behavioral health and Highland Hospital. Complex cases, trauma-informed care in East Oakland.
Requirements
LCSW license in California required
Integrated behavioral health, SUD, or trauma-informed care experience required
Epic EHR proficiency preferred
Spanish language skills a significant plus
Experience with unhoused populations or complex urban community health preferred
