Ampla Health serves Butte, Glenn, Tehama, and Yolo counties in Northern California — rural communities with significant unmet primary care need. NHSC Loan Repayment eligible site in a high-HPSA designation area.
Requirements
MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — high HPSA score in rural NorCal
OCHIN Epic proficiency preferred; training provided
Rural health or agricultural community experience a strong plus
