Requirements
MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Alameda County HPSA designation
Multilingual skills (Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin) valued — diverse patient population
OCHIN Epic proficiency preferred; training provided
FQHC or safety-net care experience strongly preferred
