About the Role
Integrated BH clinician at Axis Community Health in Livermore. Collocated BH with primary care, brief interventions, panel-based mental health for Tri-Valley's residents with limited access to care.
Requirements
LCSW or MFT license in California required (ASW/AMFT with available supervision welcome)
Spanish language skills preferred
Integrated behavioral health or primary care-based BH experience preferred
OCHIN Epic documentation experience a plus
Cultural humility with immigrant and low-income patients required
