About the Role
Lead clinical quality, provider supervision, and medical staff development as Associate Medical Director at La Clinica, supporting 50+ providers across 30 East Bay clinic sites while maintaining a part-time patient care panel.
Requirements
MD or DO with current California license; Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
5+ years community health or FQHC clinical experience; leadership or medical director experience preferred
Strong knowledge of FQHC quality metrics, UDS reporting, HEDIS, and Medi-Cal managed care
Experience with provider credentialing, peer review, and clinical policy development
