About the Role
Provide general dentistry at Open Door's Fortuna dental clinic, serving Southern Humboldt County patients with restorative, preventive, and emergency dental needs under Denti-Cal and NHSC-eligible rural FQHC conditions.
Requirements
DDS or DMD with current California dental license
Denti-Cal enrollment and prior authorization experience preferred
