Requirements
MSW or LCSW (or associate); housing navigation or case management experience
Marin County housing and social service system knowledge
Harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing
Bilingual Spanish a plus for Marin's day-laborer and farmworker communities
Comfort with street outreach and shelter-based social work
