Requirements
MD/DO Board Certified in Psychiatry
FQHC, community mental health, or safety-net psychiatry experience
MAT/MOUD prescribing and consultation capacity
Avatar or SmartCare behavioral health EHR; training provided
Collaborative consultation model with primary care providers
