Physician at Solano County Health & Social Services — 8 access points, mobile dental, shelter co-location, and integrated BH/SUD. Part of CalMHSA's multi-county EHR initiative. Solano County has significant homelessness across Fairfield, Vallejo, and Vacaville. NHSC eligible.
Requirements
MD/DO Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Solano County HPSA
HCH (Health Care for the Homeless) experience strongly preferred
