Requirements
CHW certification or 2+ years community health outreach
Spanish or Cantonese language skills preferred
Knowledge of Alameda County social services, Medi-Cal enrollment, housing resources
Valid CA driver's license
Lived experience in a Tri-Valley immigrant or low-income community a plus
