About the Role
Physician at The Achievable Foundation, a Culver City FQHC with 2 sites specializing in primary care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Providing comprehensive, adapted healthcare for adults and children with Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, and other IDD conditions served by Medi-Cal.
Requirements
MD/DO with California medical license
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Experience with IDD or medically complex patient populations
