Physician at Coppertower Family Medical Center, a Sonoma County FQHC with 3 sites serving the Alexander Valley/Cloverdale wine country corridor. Primary care for agricultural workers, rural families, and uninsured Sonoma County residents.
Requirements
MD/DO with California medical license
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Rural or agricultural community health experience preferred
NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — rural Sonoma County HPSA
Full-spectrum family medicine including pediatrics and obstetric care
